Paul George poured in 28 points to lead seven Indiana players in double figures as the visiting Pacers cruised past San Antonio in a matchup of two of the league's top teams.
David West added 20 points and Lance Stephenson scored 15 for the Pacers, who snapped an 11-game losing streak against the Spurs and won in San Antonio for the first time since Jan. 4, 2002. Roy Hibbert and Luis Scola each had 12 points and 10 rebounds for Indiana.
Kawhi Leonard scored 18 points and Manu Ginobili added 16 off the bench to lead San Antonio, which has lost three of five following an 11-game winning streak. Tony Parker had 13 points and Tim Duncan and Patty Mills added 10 apiece.
San Antonio led by 13 early in the second quarter but watched Indiana reel off an 18-4 run and take a 40-39 lead on George's 3-pointer with 3:08 left. George went on to score 11 straight points for the Pacers, who produced points on their last 10 possessions of the half to take a 52-48 lead into the break.
Indiana remained hot coming out of the locker room, scoring on seven possessions in a row as it pushed the margin to 68-52. The Pacers stretched it to 87-65 entering the final stanza and emptied the bench, but San Antonio only got as close as 108-98.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Duncan surpassed 24,000 career points, becoming the 26th player in NBA history and the fifth active player to reach the milestone. … Both teams allowed 100 or more points for the fourth time this season. … Spurs C Tiago Splitter left the game with tightness in his left calf after playing only eight minutes.
