Damian Lillard scored 28 points and dished out 10 assists as Portland held off visiting Brooklyn for its fourth consecutive win.
Chris Kaman added 12 points off the bench while Meyers Leonard grabbed a career-high 12 rebounds for the Trail Blazers, who improved to 6-1 at home. Robin Lopez and Wesley Matthews each scored 10 points for Portland, which knocked down 11 3-pointers.
Brook Lopez scored a season-high 21 points while Joe Johnson added 20 for the Nets, who dropped all three games on their West Coast road swing. Deron Williams collected 19 points and six assists for Brooklyn, which went 1-of-19 from beyond the arc.
Lillard scored 12 points and Portland's bench added 17 in the first half to put the Trail Blazers on top 50-39. Lillard continued to have the hot hand and his 3-pointer stretched Portland's lead to 16 before Brook Lopez's basket cut the deficit to 75-66 late in the third quarter.
Brooklyn trailed by as much as 13 in the fourth quarter before clawing back within 88-82 following Mirza Teletovic's driving layup. Matthews nailed a clutch 3-pointer to give Portland some breathing room with less than three minutes left and Lillard sank four free throws down the stretch to preserve the win.
