Kyle Lowry scored a career-best 39 points and made four 3-point baskets as visiting Toronto rolled past slumping Utah.

Greivis Vasquez and Lou Williams tallied 17 points apiece as the Raptors improved to 6-2 on the road. Amir Johnson and Patrick Patterson each scored 13 points and Terrence Ross added 11.

Derrick Favors and Enes Kanter scored 19 points apiece for the Jazz, who lost their seventh straight game. Gordon Hayward added 16 points and Trey Burke contributed 15 points and eight assists.

The Jazz trailed 99-88 early in the fourth before Toronto scored seven straight points, ending with Lowry’s hoop with 6:46 to play. Favors converted a three-point play with 2:45 left to make the margin 12, but Lowry answered with a 3-pointer and a long jumper to put it away.

Toronto shot 63.6 percent from the field in the first half in racing out to a 69-53 lead at the break. Utah pulled within nine points after Hayward’s basket with 4:37 left in the third before the Raptors rolled off eight straight and eventually took a 97-82 advantage into the final stanza.
