Steph Curry scored 29 points and dished out eight assists as visiting Golden State held off Dallas to extend its franchise-best winning streak to 15 games.
Klay Thompson added 25 points, including five 3-pointers for the Warriors, who have won nine consecutive road games. Draymond Green collected 20 points and eight rebounds for Golden State, which went 21-of-27 from the free-throw line.
Monta Ellis led the way with 24 points to go along with five assists for the Mavericks, who went 5-of-25 from 3-point range. Dirk Nowitzki tallied 23 points while Richard Jefferson contributed 13 points and 13 rebounds for Dallas, which failed to score 100 points for the first time in 11 games.
The Mavericks cut the deficit to 77-64 before Green scored eight points during a 10-2 run to push the margin back to 21 late in the third quarter. Dallas made things interesting with an 11-0 run to pull within 100-92 before Curry sank five clutch free throws down the stretch to preserve the win.
The Warriors knocked down 12 of their first 17 shots to sprint out to a 30-13 lead and Green connected from beyond the arc to stretch the advantage to 24 early in the second quarter. Curry and Thompson combined for 34 points and six 3-pointers in the first 24 minutes as Golden State took a comfortable 66-44 advantage into intermission.
