Anthony Davis scored 31 points on 12-of-15 shooting in his return from a chest injury as host New Orleans staged a fourth-quarter rally to defeat Utah.

Ryan Anderson scored 28 and made six 3-pointers to aid the Pelicans, who outscored the Jazz 41-22 in the final quarter. Tyreke Evans added 19 points and Austin Rivers scored 12 for New Orleans, which shot 59.5 percent from the field.

Enes Kanter scored a career-best 29 points for the Jazz, who have lost 12 of their last 13 games. Gordon Hayward added 17 points while Trey Burke and Alec Burks had 16 points apiece.

New Orleans trailed by 14 early in the fourth quarter before erupting to take a 105-104 lead on Evans’ fast-break layup with 3:16 remaining. Anderson drained his sixth 3-pointer 38 seconds later, Davis converted a three-point play to make it 113-108 with 1:11 left and the lead expanded to eight.

Utah led by as many as 11 in the first quarter before the Pelicans tied the game at 28 early in the second quarter. The Jazz led 56-53 at the break and finished the third quarter on a 13-4 surge to take an 89-78 lead into the final stanza.
