C.J. Miles scored 16 of his 26 points in a scorching fourth quarter as host Indiana snapped Cleveland's winning streak at 12 games, one shy of tying a franchise record.

George Hill and David West scored 20 points apiece for the Pacers, who trailed by as many as 13 in the first half. Solomon Hill had 11 points and Roy Hibbert added 10 as Indiana finished a 3-2 homestand.

Kyrie Irving scored 29 points and LeBron James added 25 as the Cavaliers fell for the first time since Jan. 13 at Phoenix. J.R. Smith had 17 points and Timofey Mozgov finished with 13 points and nine boards for Cleveland.

James scored three straight baskets early in the fourth to give the Cavaliers an 81-72 lead, but Solomon Hill and Miles had all the points in a game-tying 9-0 burst and Miles' 3-pointer moments later gave Indiana its first lead of the game with 5:39 left. George Hill had a four-point play to put the Pacers on top to stay with 1:25 to go and he and Miles combined to make eight free throws in the final minute to fend off a pair of 3-pointers by Smith.

The Cavaliers started 7-of-8 from the field and opened up their game-high 13-point lead on a 3-pointer by Irving in the second quarter before settling for a 55-47 halftime advantage on Irving's buzzer-beating 3-pointer. The Pacers went nearly five minutes without a field goal in the third quarter before erupting for four in just over a minute and later pulled within 70-67 entering the final period.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Indiana hit 21-of-26 free throws, while Cleveland was 8-of-12. ... Cavaliers PF Kevin Love was the only starter between both teams to not score in double figures, finishing with five points on 2-of-8 shooting. ... West had a game-high 13 rebounds but the Cavaliers won the battle on the boards 43-41.
