Utah led by as many as 10 points in the second quarter before settling for a 47-40 lead at the break. The Jazz led by 14 points early in the third quarter and again after Hayward’s basket with 3:12 left in the period before San Antonio cut its deficit to 73-64 entering the final stanza.
