Warriors 106, Celtics 101
Stephen Curry scored 37 points and made five 3-pointers as visiting Golden State rallied from a 26-point deficit to stun Boston.
Klay Thompson added 20 points and Harrison Barnes contributed 17 points and eight rebounds for the Warriors. Draymond Green had 14 points, 11 rebounds and three blocked shots and Andrew Bogut collected 10 rebounds.
Isaiah Thomas scored 20 points and Tyler Zeller added 17 for the Celtics, who had a three-game winning streak halted. Brandon Bass had 15 points and 12 rebounds and Jae Crowder grabbed a season-high 17 rebounds.
Golden State trailed by 11 points entering the fourth quarter but caught Boston at 94 on Andre Iguodala’s dunk with 4:41 remaining and moved ahead on Green’s tip-in with 3:26 to play. The Celtics went back ahead 99-98 on a 3-pointer by Marcus Smart with 1:43 to play before Barnes and Iguodala scored back-to-back baskets to put the Warriors ahead to stay and Curry added four free throws to seal it.
Boston led by 13 after one quarter and dominated the first five-plus minutes of the second quarter and took a 56-30 advantage on a 3-pointer by Jonas Jerebko with 6:52 left in the half. Golden State finished strong to trail 65-49 at the break and whittled away at the deficit in third to cut the Celtics lead to 86-75 entering the final stanza.
