Stephen Curry went 8-of-12 from 3-point range and totaled 38 points and 10 assists as Golden State sprinted past Memphis to match its franchise record for wins.
Klay Thompson added six 3-pointers en route to 28 points for the Warriors (59-13), who matched the 1975-76 club for the most overall wins while setting a franchise-best with their 25th road victory. Draymond Green added 10 points as Golden State won its eighth straight game.
Jeff Green collected 16 points and eight rebounds off the bench for the Grizzlies, who have dropped two straight home games. Mike Conley scored 16 points and Marc Gasol had 13 for Memphis.
The Warriors led by as many as nine points late in the first quarter after back-to-back 3-pointers from Curry and pushed it to 14 early in the second before the Grizzlies made a run and pulled within 54-49 at the half. Curry scored the first five points of the third quarter to push it back to double figures.
Curry capped an 11-0 run with back-to-back 3-pointers to make it 80-59 with 4:03 left in the third and Golden State took a 20-point cushion into the fourth quarter. Memphis cut it to 87-75 with 5:52 to play but Curry scored six straight points and Thompson added two more 3-pointers as the Warriors put it away.
