The San Francisco 49ers have officially named Colin Kaepernick the team's starting quarterback for their Week 6 game against the Buffalo Bills. 

Kaepernick replaces a disastrous Blaine Gabbert under center, a move that has long been expected since Gabbert blew up on national television against the Arizona Cardinals this past Thursday.
