For the first time all season, the Cincinnati Bengals will have tight end Tyler Eifert back in the mix. Eifert missed the first six weeks of the season with injuries to both his ankle and back. Though, Eifert is expected to be on a pitch count against the Cleveland Browns. He's probably a week or two away from being a fantasy relevant option.
