After being activated from injured reserve last week, Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins (foot), will be active for the first time since Week 2 when his team takes on the Jacksonville Jaguars Sunday afternoon. Watkins is expected to play 50-60 percent of the offensive snaps. It's more of a wait-and-see thing here from a fantasy perspective.
