While Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins practiced on a limited basis this week and head coach Rex Ryan said he will play despite the "questionable" tag, fantasy owners should have some cause for concern. Offensive coordinator Anthony Lynn told reporters on Friday that Watkins conditioning is "not there yet", as he is still running at three-quarters speed. 

Even if Watkins plays, fantasy owners might be best off sitting him for one more week.
