After missing last week's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck remains in the NFL concussion protocol and has not yet been cleared to practice. Luck will need to be cleared and get in a full practice this week in order to play Monday night against the New York Jets. If not, Scott Tolzien will get his second consecutive start.
