The Carolina Panthers have a problem. It's on the defensive side of the ball, and it's not good. Two weeks after seeing Matt Ryan go for 500 yards and Julio Jones put up 300 receiving yards, the Panthers' defense was torched again on Sunday.

This time it came in the form of New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees, who put up 465 yards and four scores on 34-of-49 passing in the Saints' 41-38 win. This has Brees on pace for what would be a NFL-record 5,550 passing yards. Meanwhile, Carolina's defense is on pace to yield an absurd 4,744 yards and 37 passing touchdowns.
