The Cleveland Browns will be forced to start yet another quarterback next week against the New York Giants. Rookie Cody Kessler suffered his second concussion of the season and has already been ruled out. It's in this that Josh McCown will get his third start of the season. Nothing to really see here from a fantasy perspective, as the 0-11 Browns continue to be futile outside of Terrelle Pryor, who will continue to eat at receiver.
