A week after the Green Bay Packers surprisingly had wide receiver Randall Cobb then had him remain on the sideline for half the game before he got in limtied reps, he has made further progress this week with his hamstring and Packers coach Mike McCarthy says Cobb will be a "full-time player" against the Titans.
