After missing the entire preseason following a lower-back injury he suffered, Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco returned to practice over the weekend. He's also now cleared to start Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals. 

Likely nothing more than a QB2 option in 12-team leagues, this has very little redraft impact. Though, if you're looking for a value play in the DFS world, Flacco is not your guy. He's our 24th-ranked quarterback this week and is taking on a Bengals team that yielded the eighth-fewest points to fantasy quarterbacks last season.
