New Orleans Saints rookie receiver Michael Thomas, who made a major impression on the team during preseason and training camp, will make his regular season debut against the Oakland Raiders on Sunday.

The second-round pick had been battling an ankle injury during the latter part of the preseason. Thomas is an interesting player, but remains stuck behind multiple veterans on the Saints’ receiving core.

The recommendation here is to feel him out for a week or two before rostering the rookie in DFS contests. Though, the Saints are extremely high on the youngster. That's telling with the talent ahead of him on the depth chart. He's definitely a name to keep an eye on early in the season.
