Coming out of the University of Florida, running back Matt Jones two major knocks were for his durability issues and issues holding onto the football. After Jones fumbled twice last week and suffered a knee injury, he'll now be out in Week 8 against the Cincinnati Bengals. With Jones out of action, Rob Kelley will step into his role and Chris Thompson will remain a big weapon in the passing game, both are FLEX worthy plays.
