Allen Hurns Leaves Game on Stretcher Following Scary-Looking Injury

The good news here for football fans and the Jacksonville Jaguars is that wide receiver Allen Hurns displayed two thumbs up while being led off the field on a stretcher following a scary-looking injury late in the team's game against the San Diego Chargers.

The bad news is that it appears Hurns suffered some sort of an injury above the neck, potentially a concussion, on the play.

There are no further updates on the injury.

Hurns, who entered the game suffering through a thigh and foot injury, caught four passes for 42 yards prior to exiting the game.

From a team-wide perspective, Sunday simply wasn't a good day for the Jaguars. They dropped a close affair to the previously two-win San Diego Chargers while both the Houston Texans and Indianapolis Colts earned wins in the AFC South. This means that Jacksonville will enter December a full two games back in the division.

We will update Hurns' status when it becomes available.
