Buffalo Bills RB Karlos Williams in League's Concussion Protocol

The injuries continue to pile up for the Buffalo Bills. With LeSean McCoy slated to miss at least the next three games with a partially torn hamstring, the team is dealing with yet another injury at the running back position.

It was reported early Tuesday morning that rookie running back Karlos Williams is going through the league's concussion protocol after apparently suffering an injury during Buffalo's Week 4 loss to the New York Giants.

Considering Williams didn't get diagnosed until Monday night, it's hard to imagine him passing through the protocol in less than a week's time. If that's the case, the combination of Anthony Dixon and Cierre Wood will share carries against the Tennessee Titans next week.

Buffalo is also bringing Trent Richardson in for a work out, so it's most likely going to add a veteran running back here soon.

Considered one of the deepest running back groups heading into the 2015 season, this position has thinned out considerably for Buffalo. In addition to McCoy's injury, the Bills released both Fred Jackson and Bryce Brown last month.
