This is our first post in association with DraftKings, who run daily fantasy football leagues with a cap of $50,000. Check out our information within this page on how to plan for daily leagues.
In addition to our weekly pieces focusing on FanDuel, we will now provide our readers who enjoy DraftKings with an opportunity to cash in from our expert analysis.
Austin Davis is a Nice Value Play at $5,600
Ridiculously enough, Davis is the 26th-most expensive fantasy quarterback this week. In addition to going up against a disastrous Eagles secondary, the young quarterback will have to put the ball in the air a ton to keep up with what promises to be a Nick Foles-led offense that's seeking to rebound from a horrendous performance last week. Davis will provide you top-10 upside at just over 11 percent of your cap. Now that's a nice play.
Ultra-Cheap Play in the form of DeAngelo Williams
Williams is returning from injury this week and is expected to be the Panthers primary ball carrier with Jonathan Stewart and Mike Tolbert out of action. The expectation has to be that Williams will see 20 touches in this game against a Bears defense that is yielding an average of 121.5 total yards per game to opposing running backs this season. At $3,500, he's one of those low-end RB2 value plays that could just provide you with enough upside to find elite talent at other positions.
Andrew Hawkins Remains an Under-Valued Stud
Hawkins comes in at just $3,700 in DraftKings leagues this week. He does so representing 27.8 percent of Cleveland targets and over one-third of its receptions through three games. With Josh Gordon still sitting due to a 10-game suspension and going up against a bad Tennessee Titans defense, this is almost like stealing candy from a kid. Go with Hawkins as even a WR2 or WR3 option here and come tell us about it on Monday.
Emmanuel Sanders
I don't really need to add much more than the fact that Sanders represents just 11 percent of your cap room in DraftKings leagues this week. That's an insanely low number for a receiver that ranks in the top 10 among receivers in fantasy points per game. The idea that Demaryius Thomas is $2,300 more than Sanders this week just goes to show you where the value is among Broncos receivers.
