Most owners in IDP leagues tend to value defensive linemen less than linebackers and even some safeties. Though, its' important to note that defensive ends help your fantasy team more than interior defensive linemen. There are few elite players at this position, but it's rather deep. This means that you can find value relatively late in deeper drafts.
