Fantasy Football: Ranking the Top Quarterbacks for Week 2

1. Cam Newton, Carolina Panthers

After they faced one of the toughest defenses in the NFL, Cam and the Panthers get a more cushy matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. While the 49ers' defense showed real improvement and looked strong in the opener against the Los Angeles Rams, that was a Rams team with a bad offensive line, no legitimate receiving options and a quarterback who seemed to have no place in the NFL. Newton is expected to play on Sunday and the Panthers should avenge last week's lost with a great offensive showing.
