1. Derek Carr, Quarterback, Oakland Raiders

 Playing against New Orleans in fantasy football may be an automatic cheat code, but we’ll let that go. Derek Carr is coming into his third season now and also coming off a career year including nearly 4,000 passing yards, 32 touchdowns and only 13 interceptions. With his budding superstar wide receiver Amari Cooper now in his sophomore season, it’s possible that he could do even better. That would benefit Carr as he faces the Saints, who on average gave up 28.1 points to quarterbacks in 2015.
