Here we are in the final week of the 2012 NFL regular season and Nick Slegel appears to be catching fire and is ready to unseat me for the distinction of winning eDraft's first annual prediction contest. That being said, I am not ready to go down without a fight.
On that note, Jessica Kleinschmidt needs a miracle to catch up and make a game of it. Though, no one should ever question her ability to hang with the boys when it comes to the NFL.
Here are the Week 17 standings. We will also have predictions all the way to the Super Bowl.
Vincent Frank: 42-21
Nick Slegel: 42-21
Jessica Kleinschmidt: 35-28

Jessica's Take
Baltimore Ravens: I really like the Ravens (shocker I know) because they have a huge amount of confidence this week after the blowout against Eli Manning and the New York Giants. Even though Andy Dalton and BenJarvus Green-Ellis work well together I still feel a win for the Ravens.
Atlanta Falcons: This is going to be a hot matchup. Although I feel Atlanta will bring their A Game this week. I love Matt Ryan and Roddy White framing up together. And it's home-field advantage for the Falcons. A win for Atlanta.
Buffalo Bills: Well it was recently announced that Mark Sanchez will be starting for the New York Jets. Which is almost comical. I also love C.J. Spiller. A win for Buffalo.
Detroit Lions: I always giggle when I remember Jay Cutler is a professional athlete. So when you put him against Megatron. It'll end in a Detroit win.
Tennessee Titans: Well after this game either way, both teams will finish this game with the worst records in the NFC South. I do like Tennessee though. It's home for them and I hope Jake Locker puts up some touchdowns.
Indianapolis Colts: I like Indy to win this game. It's a home field advantage for them and Andrew Luck has been on his game lately.
New Orleans Saints: This game is strictly based on home advantage. Since the game is in New Orleans, I see a win for the Saints. I so think Cam Newton will have a solid game though.
New York Giants: Even though the Giants got their butts handed to them they should have a come back game against a not so good Eagles team.
Pittsburgh Steelers: Don't be upset if you miss this game. However Big Ben and Jonathan Dwyer have a pretty good relationship on the field. So expect them to get a W for the Steelers.
Denver Broncos: Peyton Manning will make the Chiefs look like rookies this week. Broncos for a win.
Green Bay Packers: I love Aaron Rodgers and Clay Matthews like every other female in the world but they also score some points for the Packers. Win for Green Bay.
New England Patriots: Miami is horrible. Everyone knows that. New England is not. Everyone knows that as well. Gronkowski and Brady will do great things. Win for the Pats.
San Diego Chargers: I want Oakland to win so terribly badly but I don't see it happening. Plus Phil Rivers needs to dazzle us with something. Win for San Diego.
San Francisco 49ers: Colin Kaepernick absolutely tears it up in San Francisco plus the Cardinals haven't been performing at their potential. Expect the 49ers with a win this week.
Seattle Seahawks: Have you seen the Seahawks lately? Just wow. Russell Wilson is a savage in the pocket and don't expect him to sell you short this week. Win for Seattle.
Washington Redskins: This is going to be a great game. However expect RGIII to put up some touchdowns. A win for Washington.
Nick's Take
Chicago Bears: The Detroit Lions are by far the worst team in the NFC North. Chicago will win easily.
Buffalo Bills: The New York Jets can't win anywhere and Buffalo plays well at home.
Atlanta Falcons: They're the best team in the NFC and proved it last week. Tampa Bay has seemingly lost their way and won't be able to stop the Falcons.
New Orleans Saints: Cam Newton continues to do very questionable things and makes me seriously wonder about his work ethic and leadership abilities. Drew Brees is a great, proven leader and will take the Saints out on a high note.
Indianapolis Colts: There's no way the Colts are going to lose with head coach Chuck Pagano back on the sidelines this week.
Jacksonville Jaguars: They played well last week against the Patriots and Tennessee has played terribly all season.
Pittsburgh Steelers: Both teams are banged up, but I have to go with the Steelers at home.
Cincinnati Bengals: The Bengals put a beating on the Steelers last week and their defense is playing top notch. This is going to be a great game.
New York Giants: If Nick Foles were starting, I'd go with Philly, but because Michael Vick is starting I think the Giants' defense will do a good job of containing him.
San Francisco 49ers: They're going to man handle the Cardinals.
Denver Broncos: Peyton Manning and Co. are playing very well going into the playoffs and Kansas City has been a huge disappointment this season.
Green Bay Packers: Adrian Peterson is going to break the NFL single-season rushing record, but the Packers will still win this game.
New England Patriots: The Patriots don't lose at home in December (except against the 49ers) and will handle the Dolphins easily.
San Diego Chargers: This is two really bad teams facing off here. We still don't know who is starting for Oakland (at the time of writing this) so I have to go with the Chargers.
Seattle Seahawks: Seattle is quite possibly the hottest team in the NFC right now and they rarely lose at home.
Washington Redskins: RG3 and the Redskins will win the division and move on to the playoffs. Tony Romo will probably choke just like he always does.
Vincent's Take
Detroit Lions: I just don't have confidence in Jay Cutler stepping it up with all on the line in Detroit this week. The Lions will be playing for pride (pun intended) at home and will get the win by virtue of a big day for Calvin Johnson.
Atlanta Falcons: It's unclear whether Atlanta will play its starters the entire game because of already clinching the No. 1 overall seed. Though, it is equally as unclear whether the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have checked out. I will take the home team here.
New Orleans Saints: You can bet that Drew Brees and company will be playing with a tremendous amount of anger here. I have them easily defeating an immature Carolina Panthers team at home.
Indianapolis Colts: What Nick said. While Indianapolis might not have a whole lot to play for (already the No. 5) seed. It is going to want to get the win for coach Pagano against the Houston Texans. Never discount heart.
Pittsburgh Steelers: Part of me wants to take the Cleveland Browns here. Is Pittsburgh even remotely into this game after getting eliminated from postseason contention last week? That being said, talent will take over on Sunday.
Baltimore Ravens: The Baltimore Ravens have something to play for, while Cincinnati really isn't playing more much (already No. 6 seed). This leads me to believe the Ravens will come away with a win.
New York Giants: Wouldn't it be something if Michael Vick and Andy Reid went out with a win that would eliminate the Giants from postseason contention? Yeah, I don't see it happening.
San Francisco 49ers: I wouldn't want to be the Arizona Cardinals going into Candlestick to take on an angry 49ers' team. Besides, San Francisco still needs to win to capture the NFC West. Plus, Brian Hoyer. Really?
Denver Broncos: Peyton Manning and company are winners of 10 in a row and still have a chance for the No. 1 seed in the AFC. The Kansas City Chiefs don't stand a chance on the road here.
Minnesota Vikings: I am not sure, but there is a feeling in the pit of my gut that indicates Adrian Peterson will rush for 200 yards and lead the Vikings to the playoffs. While it is hard to pick against Aaron Rodgers, I have always gone with my instincts.
New England Patriots: While the Patriots have played great ball recently, they need this win against the Miami Dolphins at home. Expect Tom Brady to have a bounce back game.
San Diego Chargers: Terrelle Pryor will get the start for the Oakland Raiders here. While that should be interesting, I am not sure he has enough to get past a mediocre Chargers' team on the road.
Seattle Seahawks: First it was the New England Patriots considered favorites, then the San Francisco 49ers. Now it is the Seattle Seahawks. If this trend continues then the St. Louis Rams will come away with a upset win in the Pacific Northwest. The trend will not continue.
Dallas Cowboys: I may be clinically insane, but I like Tony Romo's experience here. He has been much maligned, but is a primary reason Dallas is in position to capture the NFC East. Meanwhile, the Washington Redskins could still get in with a loss.
