Senators at Coyotes
The Arizona Coyotes attempt to conclude their seven-game homestand on a winning note when they host the Ottawa Senators on Saturday. Arizona looks to become the final team in the league to reach the 20-win plateau after improving to 4-2-0 during its stretch at Gila River Arena with Thursday's 5-3 triumph over Minnesota.
Clayton Keller notched an assist in the victory to increase his team-leading total to 45 points for the league-worst Coyotes, who are three points behind Buffalo. Ottawa moved six points ahead of Arizona with Friday's 5-4 win in Vegas, which ended its five-game slide (0-4-1) and improved it to 1-1-0 on its four-game road trip. Alex Burrows returned from a 10-game suspension and scored at 8:51 of the third period to snap a tie after the Senators squandered a 4-2 lead earlier in the session. Mark Stone, who leads Ottawa with 59 points, is riding a seven-game streak after recording a goal and an assist against the Golden Knights.
