Ducks at Coyotes
The Anaheim Ducks hope to end the regular season with a five-game winning streak - and second place in the Pacific Division - when they visit the Arizona Coyotes on Saturday. Anaheim, which is 9-1-1 in its last 11 games, topped Dallas 5-3 on Friday for its fourth straight victory and pulled within one point of San Jose for home ice in the first round of the playoffs.
Jakob Silfverberg recorded a goal and two assists as the Ducks moved one point ahead of Los Angeles for third in the division. The 27-year-old Silfverberg has recorded a tally and five assists during his three-game scoring streak to reach the 40-point plateau for the second consecutive season. Despite being last in the Western Conference, Arizona also looks to end the season strong as it carries a three-game point streak (2-0-1) into Saturday's contest. The Coyotes squandered a two-goal lead in the third period Thursday and went on to drop a 4-3 overtime decision in Vancouver.
