Captain Shawn Horcoff notched an assist for his fourth point in two contests as Edmonton (18-32-8) won its second straight.
Eberle snapped a 1-1 tie just 3:58 into the third period with his 13th goal of the season. Jones quickly followed suit by doubling the advantage with his 13th tally of the campaign.
Hemsky capped the scoring with an empty-net goal for his 12th goal of the season and sixth point in four games.
Jeff Halpern collected his ninth goal of the season for Montreal (31-21-7), which fell for the fifth time in six outings. The Canadiens fell two points behind Northeast Division-leading Boston (32-19-7) after the Bruins skated to a 6-3 victory over the New York Islanders earlier in the evening.
All-Star Carey Price finished with 24 saves to drop to 1-3-1 in five career games against the Oilers.
