All-Star Daniel Sedin and Raffi Torres tallied twice and Roberto Luongo turned aside 22 shots as the Vancouver Canucks skated to a 5-2 home triumph over the Dallas Stars on Saturday.
Fellow All-Star Henrik Sedin scored a goal and set up two others and Alexandre Burrows notched a pair of assists as league-leading Vancouver (38-13-9) completed a four-game regular-season sweep of the Stars.
Daniel Sedin opened the scoring just 2:46 into the contest and then gave the Canucks a 3-1 advantage after accepting a feed from his brother for his 32nd goal of the season.
The Sedin twins switched roles for Henrik's 14th tally of the season with 4:07 remaining in the third period. Torres netted his second of the night just 33 seconds later to cap the scoring.
Daniel's three-point night moved him into sole possession of the NHL scoring lead with 77 points, two up on Steven Stamkos of Tampa Bay. Henrik improved to 72 points, good for third in the NHL.
Captain Brenden Morrow netted his 25th goal of the season and James Neal also tallied for Dallas (31-22-6), which has dropped four in a row and fell to 2-9-1 in its last 12 contests.
Andrew Raycroft finished with 33 saves for the Stars, who have scored two goals or less in eight of their last 11 games.
