Jets 4, Bruins 2

JETS 4, BRUINS 2: Bryan Little scored twice in a span of 2:04 while snapping a tie in the third period as Winnipeg opened a season-high eight-game homestand in style.

Blake Wheeler had a goal and two assists and Ondrej Pavelec stopped 31 shots for the Jets (28-26-6). Alexander Burmistrov also scored.

With the score knotted 2-2, Little retrieved a long rebound out in front of the net, using his skate to push the puck forward and snapping it past Tuukka Rask for the go-ahead tally at 4:16. Little doubled the advantage after a failed clearance by the Bruins, taking a feed from Wheeler for his 16th goal of the season.

Jordan Caron and David Krejci scored for Boston (35-19-2), which fought back from a pair of deficits.

Burmistrov got the scoring started less than two minutes into the second period with a rising wrist shot from the faceoff circle for his 12th of the season.

Caron leveled things at 6:10 of the second before Wheeler put the Jets back in front later in the second by snapping an 18-game goalless drought for the 2-1 lead.

Krejci again leveled the score 49 seconds into the third.
