MAGIC 102, WIZARDS 95: Ryan Anderson went off for 23 points and 15 rebounds as Orlando finished up its five-game road trip with a winning record and handed Washington its sixth straight setback.
Dwight Howard collected a double-double with 14 points and 12 rebounds and J.J. Redick scored 15 off the bench for the Magic, who have taken nine straight from the Wizards.
Washington has allowed an average of 109.3 points during its skid.
Orlando kicked off the fourth quarter with a 12-3 run behind the reserves, pushing the lead out to 83-74.
But the Wizards came right back, getting three straight baskets from John Wall and a 3-pointer from Maurice Evans to knot it at 83-83 and force a timeout with 6:56 left.
Orlando used that timeout to get its starters back in the lineup and quickly re-took control. Jameer Nelson and Anderson each hit a 3-pointer and Howard converted a traditional three-point play during a 9-2 run that put the Magic back in control.
Hedo Turkoglu’s 3-pointer with 1:32 left put the game away.
