Jazz 108, Timberwolves 100

Paul Millsap scored 30 points and Andrei Kirilenko had a season-best 27 points to help the Utah Jazz snap a six-game losing streak with a 108-100 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday.

C.J. Miles added 21 points as Utah (28-19) ended its skid despite being without star guard Deron Williams, who missed the game with a wrist injury.

Kevin Love had 22 points and 15 rebounds as Minnesota (10-36) suffered its sixth straight loss and 11th in 12th games while dropping to 2-22 on the road.

Millsap had eight rebounds and six steals and made 14-of-25 field-goal attempts. Kirilenko hit 10 of 13 shots and had seven assists.

Wesley Johnson scored 19 points and Michael Beasley had 16 points and 11 rebounds for the Timberwolves.

Former Timberwolves center Al Jefferson had 14 rebounds and Earl Watson had 10 points and 13 assists while starting in place of Williams.

Love has 32 consecutive double-doubles for the Timberwolves while making a strong bid to be on the Western Conference All-Star squad.
