: Klay Thompson scored a career-high 31 points and David Lee had 22 points, 14 rebounds and nine assists as host Golden State edged Sacramento.

Lee tipped in the go-ahead basket with just over three minutes left as part of a string in which he scored six straight Golden State points as the Warriors won for just the second time in seven games.

DeMarcus Cousins had 28 points and 18 rebounds and John Salmons scored 17 points for the Kings.

Tyreke Evans missed a last-second 3-point shot for Sacramento. Evans and Marcus Thornton added 16 points apiece for the Kings.

Sacramento scored the first two points of the game and never led again until a three-point play by Cousins gave the Kings an 86-85 advantage with 1:03 left in the third quarter.

Golden State recovered to take a 102-94 lead before the Kings rolled off 10 straight points and took a two-point lead on a basket by Evans with 3:44 remaining.

Lee’s tip-in 41 seconds later put the Warriors ahead to stay.

Thompson had 21 first-half points to lead Golden State to a 62-51 halftime advantage. Sacramento scored 37 points in the third quarter and trailed by one entering the final stanza.
