SPURS 128, HORNETS 103: Tim Duncan scored 19 points on 8-of-9 shooting and host San Antonio won its 10th straight game to move into first place in the Western Conference.

Manu Ginobili and Patty Mills scored 14 points apiece as the Spurs (39-14) edged past Oklahoma City by percentage points for the top spot in the West.

Eric Gordon scored 31 for New Orleans, which has lost 14 of its last 16 visits to San Antonio.

San Antonio set a season-high for points and shot a season-best 60.7 percent from the field, connecting on 9 of 18 3-point shots.

The Spurs led by 27 at halftime and played reserves for a most of the second half. Five San Antonio subs scored in double digits, including Stephen Jackson and Gary Neal with 13 points apiece and Tiago Splitter with 10. The reserves combined for 82 points.

Marco Belinelli scored 15 points, Carl Landry added 13 and Greivis Vasquez had 12 for New Orleans.

Gordon scored 15 points in the first quarter but San Antonio pulled away late in the stanza for a 34-24 advantage. The Spurs shot 66.7 percent in the first half and led 72-45 at halftime.
